Foopa (who's name derives from the French word 'faux pas') is a pufferfish, who lives with his best friend Pearl. 

Although outcasts, Foopa and Pearl always try their best to help - which doesn't always go to plan considering Pearl's lack of mobility and Foopa's clumsiness. For this reason, the other fish are scared of the pair and have forsaken them to a lonely dark cave to live the rest of their lives away from the hustle and bustle of the colourful community they call home.
